WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO?
• Over 154 million workers & their families in the United States make their living through jobs. Many of them live paycheck to paycheck. That’s why, job losses’ can quickly take their food & homes away and push them into poverty. In 2010, 46.2 million Americans lived in poverty and the most important reason is: Unemployment & Underemployment.
• Similarly, As per World Bank estimates, an income of less than $1.25 per day per head of purchasing power parity is defined as extreme poverty. By this estimate, about 40% percent of Indians ( more than 480 Million people ) are extremely poor. Income-based poverty lines consider the bare minimum income to provide basic food requirements; it does not account for other essentials such as health care and education. That is why some times the poverty lines have been described as starvation lines.
• USCharities.org believes Employment prevents problems like hunger, depression, obesity, homelessness, family separation, the inability of sending children to college; keeping up with mortgage payments or a securing a fine retirement – Just to name a few.
• That's why, the group and its affiliated firms works hard every single day to make investments in the areas of Job Creation & Job Retention for the United States & India. USCharities.org believes it as the finest way to prevent America’s & India's poverty!
• MOST IMPORTANTLY, TO HELP ADVANCE AMERICA'S PEACE & PROSPERITY. (Why? - On April 30, 1789, George Washington, standing on the balcony of Federal Hall on Wall Street in New York took his oath of office as the first President of the United States. Since then, Washington & Jefferson to Lincoln & Roosevelt; Eisenhower & Kennedy to Carter & Regan; Wilson & Clinton to Bush and Obama tried to advance peace and prosperity for the United States. Even after 222 years, Over 222 Million Americans are having financial insecurity on a daily basis. They are a direct witness for the difficulty of the task of achieving financial security & prosperity for all Americans. No matter which President you ask, they all would agree, Peace & Prosperity are very difficult & very noble to achieve. USCharities.org, is aware of the difficulty in achieving peace or prosperity. Yet, decided to give peace & prosperity a ‘try’ through investing in Charity, Education & Job creation Projects for the United States & India.)
