A child at the Biko-en Children’s Care House waits in line for more food served by Naval Air Facility Misawa and Misawa Air Base volunteers in Shichinohe, Japan, on March 26. The American volunteers pitched in to help local residents affected by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami that struck northeastern Japan.
